We provide an online booking service for your convenience and without any cost. We will try every effort to let you see our doctor at your appointment time. However, there is no guarantee and we will not accept any responsibility for any delay, any loss or any other consequence either directly or indirectly related to the appointment.

If you visit outside office hours, additional charges may apply, and some special tests may not be available.

5. Email or other forms of online communication

You may write the email or use other online communication to contact us such as facebook or via contact form, etc. Although we try to respond your inquiry as much as and as soon as possible, we are not obligated to respond. We will not accept any responsibility or liability for the use of email or other forms of online communication.

If you have or think you have a medical emergency/urgency, visit the nearest doctor/hospital or in emergency dial 1669. Do not use this form or email us for those kind of problems. Also do not rely on any online communication through this website/email/facebook for immediate or urgent medical need. This website does not provide medical advice and not designed to facilitate medical emergency.

6. Availability of our services

We cannot guarantee that you will get all vaccines, diagnostic lab or treatment you want when you visit our clinic. The reasons include but not limited to:

• Unavailability of the service/product in our hospital
• Vaccines and medications are temporary out of stock
• Our doctor may refuse to prescribe any medication/vaccines or refuse to order some or all labs you want according to his/her professional judgment
• Other reasons

We accept no responsibility of any loss, any consequence for this matter.

7. Teaching, learning, and research at the clinic and hospital

Hospital for Tropical Diseases is part of a medical training institution, with primary duties in teaching, research, and academic services to the public. During your visit you may encounter medical students, residents, fellows, faculty physicians, and observers from various disciplines. Clinical care is always supervised by attending physicians. If you do not wish medical students, nursing students, or observers to be present during your consultation, please inform staff immediately.

As a teaching hospital, your medical information may be used for education and research. The hospital will protect and not disclose your personal information, following medical data protection standards and applicable regulations.

8. Updates to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in technology and circumstances. When policy changes occur, we will publish them on our website. Please review these terms periodically.

1. ข้อมูลบน website การใช้ website และความรับผิดทางกฎหมาย

โรงพยาบาลฯพยายามจะทำให้ข้อมูลทุกอย่างบน website นี้มีความถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์ และนำเสนอเพื่อประโยชน์แก่ประชาชนทั่วไปเป็นการสาธารณะ แต่ข้อมูลใน website ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้อ้างอิง และไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงไม่สามารถทดแทนการเข้ารับคำปรึกษาจากแพทย์หรือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ได้ ดังนั้นถ้าท่านต้องการคำปรึกษาก่อนและหลังการเดินทาง จึงควรไปพบแพทย์และบุคลากรการแพทย์ ไม่ควรหาหรือใช้ข้อมูลทาง website รวมถึงไม่ควรถามปัญหาสุขภาพทาง website/blog หรือ facebook

2. การนัดหมายทาง website

โรงพยาบาลจัดให้มีระบบการทำนัดหมาย online เพื่อความสะดวกแก่ผู้มารับบริการโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆทั้งสิ้น โรงพยาบาลจะพยายามให้ผู้ที่นัดหมายมาได้รับการบริการ รวมถึงได้พบแพทย์ตามกำหนดเวลา อย่างไรก็ตามทางโรงพยาบาลไม่สามารถรับประกันว่าท่านจะได้รับการตรวจตรงเวลา เนื่องจากอาจมีเหตุขัดข้องบางประการโดยไม่คาดคิด หรือแพทย์กำลังตรวจคนไข้รายอื่นอยู่ซึ่งอาจมีปัญหาที่ยุ่งยากซับซ้อน หรือแพทย์หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ติดภารกิจอื่น ดังนั้นท่านอาจจะต้องรอนานมากกว่าปกติ และทางโรงพยาบาลจะไม่รับผิดชอบผลที่ตามมาหากเกิดการล่าช้าขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเสียเวลา การพลาดนัดหมาย การพลาดการเดินทาง ฯลฯ ท่านควรจะเผื่อเวลาในการมาที่โรงพยาบาลทุกครั้ง

ถ้าท่านมารับบริการในช่วงนอกเวลาราชการ อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มขึ้น และการตรวจพิเศษบางอย่างอาจไม่สามารถทำได้นอกเวลาราชการ

3. การติดต่อโรงพยาบาลทาง email, โทรศัพท์ และสื่อออนไลน์

ท่านสามารถติดต่อโรงพยาบาลได้ทางโทรศัพท์ email หรือช่องทางสื่อสาร online อื่นๆ เช่น contact form หรือ facebook ทางโรงพยาบาลจะพยายามตอบคำถามหรือให้แนะนำท่านโดยเร็ว เท่าที่เราสามารถจะทำได้ อย่างไรก็ตามเราไม่รับประกันว่า โรงพยาบาลจะตอบทุกๆคำถาม หรือ response ทุกๆข้อความที่ส่งมา รวมถึงไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าท่านจะได้การตอบกลับอย่างทันท่วงทีและทันเวลา

ถ้าท่านมีปัญหาสุขภาพหรือมีคำถามทางสุขภาพ ควรปรึกษาแพทย์หรือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ไม่ควรใช้ข้อมูลหรือถามข้อมูลทาง website เพราะการสื่อสารทาง website email หรือ สื่อออนไลด์ต่างๆ ไม่สามารถทดแทนการพบแพทย์ได้

ในกรณีที่ท่านมีปัญหาสุขภาพที่เร่งด่วน ไม่ควรติดต่อคลินิกทางช่องทางต่างๆ ควรรีบไปพบแพทย์ ที่โรงพยาบาลที่ใกล้ที่สุด หรือในกรณีฉุกเฉินสามารถโทรศัพท์ไปที่ 1669 ซึ่งเป็นเบอร์โทรศัพท์ของสถาบันการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินแห่งชาติ

4. การให้บริการและตรวจรักษาของโรงพยาบาล

โรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน เป็นโรงพยาบาลของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ให้บริการตามมาตรฐานวิชาการระดับชาติ ผู้ป่วยแต่ละคนอาจจะได้รับคำแนะนำหรือการตรวจรักษาที่ไม่เหมือนกัน เนื่องจากปัจจัยต่างๆมากมาย รวมถึงความแตกต่างของแต่ละบุคคล สภาพแวดล้อม ภาวะการณ์ รวมถึงวิจารณญานของแพทย์แต่ละท่าน ซึ่งทุกอย่างจะดำเนินไปตามมาตรฐานทางการแพทย์

โรงพยาบาลไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่า ท่านจะได้รับการตรวจวินิจฉัยหรือการรักษา ตามที่ท่านต้องการในทุกกรณี โดยสาเหตุอาจมีได้หลายประการไม่ว่าจะเป็น

• การตรวจวินิจฉัย หรือการรักษานั้นไม่มีในโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน
• ยาหรือวัคซีนต่างๆ อาจจะไม่มี หมด หรือขาดจากสาเหตุใดๆก็ตาม
• ท่านไม่ควรจะได้รับวัคซีน หรือการตรวจ lab ชนิดนั้นๆ ตามการวินิจฉัย รวมถึงวิจารณญานทางการแพทย์ของแพทย์ผู้ตรวจ
• สาเหตุอื่นๆ

โรงพยาบาลจะไม่รับผิดชอบผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเสียเวลา การเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง และผลกระทบในกรณีใดๆอันเกิดจากการที่ท่านไม่ได้รับการบริการใดๆที่ท่านต้องการ

5. การเรียน การสอน การวิจัยในคลินิก และในโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน

เนื่องจากโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสถาบันฝึกอบรมแพทย์ พยาบาล ซึ่งมีหน้าที่หลักในการสอน การวิจัย และให้บริการวิชาการแก่ประชาชน ดังนั้นท่านอาจได้พบกับนักศึกษาแพทย์ แพทย์ประจำบ้าน แพทย์ประจำบ้านต่อยอด รวมถึงอาจารย์แพทย์ และผู้มาขอดูงานในหลากหลายสาขาวิชา อย่างไรก็ตามการบริการในคลินิกจะควบคุมดูแลโดยอาจารย์แพทย์ ถ้าท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ นักศึกษาพยาบาล หรือแพทย์ผู้มาขอดูงานพบท่าน ท่านสามารถแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้ทันที

ในฐานะโรงเรียนแพทย์ ข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ของท่านอาจถูกใช้เพื่อการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย อย่างก็ตามโรงพยาบาลจะดำเนินการป้องกัน และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยจะปฎิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ และกฎระเบียบต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. การปรับปรุงข้อตกลงการใช้ website
