Vaccination Process:

1. Bring your vaccination record (if available).

2. Make an online appointment for your convenience.

3. Counseling with a qualified doctor – discussion of risks and benefits of vaccination.

4. Sign the informed consent form.

5. Vaccination administered by a qualified nurse.

6. Updates or issues your vaccination record.

7. Observation period: All clients must remain in the clinic for at least 30 minutes after vaccination.

Service Hours: Close on Sunday and Public Holidays

Regular Service (Office hours):

• Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 16.00 (last walk-in 15.00)

Extended Service:

• Monday - Friday: 16.00 - 19.00 (last walk-in 18.00)
• Saturday: 9.00 - 16.00 (lunch break at 12.00, last walk-in 15.00)

Note: 

For your convenience, we strongly recommend making an appointment.

Walk-in travelers are welcome,  but please arrive  at  least 1 hour before closing time.

Fee and Costs:

Regular service (Office hours):

• Doctor fee: 200 Baht
• Hospital fee: 100 Baht
• Vaccine administration fee: 20 Baht per dose
• Registration fee: 20 Baht (first visit only)
• Vaccine price: Per dose(see price list below)

Extended service hours :

• Doctor fee: 4 00 Baht
• Hospital fee: 200 Baht
• Vaccine administration fee:  20 Baht per dose
• Registration fee:  20 Baht (first visit only)
• Vaccine price:  Per dose (see price list below)
  

Important Notes: 

• Some vaccines require more than 1 shot to complete the series. ( More info on : Schedule and duration of protection of travel vaccine )
• Prices shown are for one dose of vaccine.
• The additional service fee will apply if you visit the clinic outside official working hours.  ( more info)
• Vaccine prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• For those requiring yellow fever vaccination, please bring a copy of your passport. The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before travel to or entry into endemic countries. 
• Students who require a medical examination for a medical certificate using a specific examination form are advised to visit during official working hours, as some examinations cannot be performed outside official hours.
