1. If you are a first-time patient at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, please complete the registration process to obtain a Hospital Number (HN) before making an appointment. Click here to register

2. Register for an Appointment Click here

3. You will receive an automated email confirming your appointment date and time.

How to Cancel an Appointment 

1. Open your confirmation email and click the “Cancel Appointment” link. Please note that appointments must be cancelled at least 8 hours in advance.

2. If you really need to cancel your appointment in short notice. Please inform us by email ( [email protected] ) or call us at 02-3069100 ext 3034 (Office hour only)

The Regular Clinic Service Fee Includes:

    • Hospital fee 100 THB
    • Vaccine injection fee 20 THB
    • Registration fee 20 THB (only in the first visit) 
    • Vaccine Fee, Medication Fee, and Special Medical Certificate Fee (if applicable)

The Special Clinic (Outside Office Hours) Service Fee Includes:

• • • Doctor fee 400 THB
    • Hospital fee 200 THB
    • Vaccine injection fee 20 THB
    • Registration fee 20 THB (only in the first visit) 
    • Vaccine Fee, Medication Fee, and Special Medical Certificate Fee (if applicable)
