Vaccination and certification

Our Clinical Approach

For travelers, vaccine recommendations are guided by a individual risk assessment, taking into account local disease epidemiology, travel duration, season, planned activities, likelihood of exposure and personal heath status. This is the process of pre-travel counselling.

For individuals who are not traveling, the same risk-based clinical approachis applied, with the focus shifted to age-appropriate routine vaccination, occupational or lifestyle exposure, underlying medical conditions, and community-level disease risks. In both settings, vaccination decisions are made through individualized assessment rather than standardized vaccine packages, ensuring that recommendations remain medically appropriate and evidence-based for each person.

What to expect during your visit

To ensure a thorough evaluation, your visit will generally follow these steps:

The visit begins by identifying the reason for vaccination, such as travel, routine adult immunization, occupational or lifestyle exposure, or regulatory requirements.
  2. Medical and vaccination review
Your vaccination history, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and immune status are reviewed to assess suitability and identify any precautions.
  3. Individualized vaccine recommendation
Our doctor will make a sound recommendation using evidence-based, risk–cost-benefit assessment.
  4. Vaccination and documentation
When appropriate, vaccines are administered during the visit, and relevant documentation or certification is provided with post-vaccination advice.
